Reporting

Introduction

This page specifies the governance obligations and responsibilities of contracted providers of human services when dealing with PSP Funds.

Consult with your DCJ contract manager if you have any questions about the relevant legislation, this policy or your contract with us.

You must report to us on the use of funds in accordance with the Financial Reporting requirements of the PSP Funding Deed. For details of your reporting requirement, refer to the Annual Accountability process.

Reporting Unspent or Uncommitted Permanency Support Program (PSP) funds

You must report Unspent or Uncommitted PSP funds in your PSP contract that:

  • have not been spent, including because of an underspend of the funds, and
  • have not been contractually committed to be paid to a third party.

It doesn’t include funds from other non-PSP contracts or philanthropic funds.

Audits and reviews

We may conduct an audit at any time, during or after the Term of the contract on your compliance with this Policy, the Funding Deed and Program Level Agreement.

Training

You must provide appropriate training for your personnel on use of and management of our Funds. DCJ may also provide training and guidance material, from time to time to assist you.
