Smiling Mind - Developed by psychologists and educators to support daily meditation and mindfulness practice.

MoodGYM - A cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) based intervention, developed by the Australian National University, designed to prevent or reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression.

Calm - A guided meditation app to help reduce stress, enhance wellbeing and support better sleep.

Mental health support services

Lifeline - provides assistance to all Australians experiencing a personal crisis. Lifeline has a 24 hour telephone crisis support and suicide prevention service.

Beyondblue - aims to address issues associated with depression, anxiety and suicide. It provides a range of resources, support services and forums for those experiencing difficulty, as well as their parents, carers and friends.

Centre for Rural and Remote Mental Health - is a NSW-based organisation committed to improving the mental health, wellbeing and resilience of rural and remote residents.

Blue Knot Helpline - provides support, education and resources for those who have experienced childhood trauma, as well as their carers and wider communities.

MensLine Australia - MensLine Australia is a telephone and online counselling service specifically for men.

Black Dog Institute - provides information and resources for those with mental health difficulties, including PTSD, and clinical resources for care professionals.

ReachOut - provides information for young people experiencing mental health issues. This practical website has resources, tools and tips to support young people and their parents, carers and friends.

Culturally diverse support services

Transcultural Mental Health Centre - The Transcultural Mental Health Centre works with people from culturally and linguistically diverse communities, health professionals and organisations across NSW to provide mental health support.

Embrace Multicultural Mental Health - A platform for multicultural communities and care / health professionals to access culturally accessible resources, services and information.

STARTTS - NSW Service for the Treatment and Rehabilitation of Torture and Trauma Survivors (STARTTS) provides culturally relevant psychological treatment, support and community interventions to help people and communities who have experienced trauma.
