Our website uses an automatic service to translate our content into different languages. These translations should be used as a guide only. See our Accessibility page for further information.
Angelo is hard of hearing. He shows us how we can make audio and video accessible for everyone.
Angelo attends a training seminar.
During the training, a video is shown. It has no captions. Angelo cannot understand the content because he is hard of hearing. He does not feel comfortable raising this with the trainer during the training.
After the seminar he asks the trainer if he has a transcript of the video or a version with captions so he can get the relevant information.
