Bala Nirmanusan

Bala is the Community Engagement Manager at Multicultural New South Wales (MNSW). Previously, he served as the Acting Manager/Team Leader for the Settlement Engagement and Transition Support Program at Metro Assist and co-convened the Canterbury Bankstown Multicultural Interagency. He played a key role in inaugurating International Human Rights Day in Canterbury Bankstown and later organised it in other local government areas. Bala is dedicated to empowering multicultural communities and strengthening connections between diverse communities and the government. He holds a Masters Degree in Peace and Conflict Studies.
