Workload Planner User Inactive

You have been directed to this page for one of the following reasons:

1. Your access to Workload Planner is inactive. Access is only available to users with an active ChildStory Casework or Manager Casework position. OR
2. You do not currently hold an active ChildStory Casework or Manager Casework position. (For examaple, you may have had temporary access and the position has since ended).

If you need to regain access to ChildStory, please log a ChildStory Access Request via ServiceNow and select the option to “Reinstate Access”.
