The Senior Executive Private Interest Declaration (SEPID) is no longer submitted on this website.

What you need to do now

All Senior Executive Private Interest Declarations must be submitted through ServiceNow.

  1. Open ServiceNow
  2. Go to Your Profile
  3. Select My Declarations
  4. Submit your Senior Executive Private Interest Declaration (SEPID).

Accessing past declarations

You can view your previously submitted SEPID declarations through the Ethics Declarations – Dashboard. These declarations will gradually be moved to your profile in ServiceNow.

For DCJ staff without access to a DCJ device

To access DCJ systems, install the Microsoft Authenticator app on your personal device and follow the steps below:

  1. Go to https://myapplications.microsoft.com
  2. Enter your work email address: firstname.lastname@dcj.nsw.gov.au
  3. Complete the multi-factor authentication process
  4. Once signed in, you will be able to access Outlook, the DCJ Intranet, and other applications such as ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, and MyWorkZone.

The declaration forms are intended for use by DCJ employees and staff from its portfolio agencies. External users who previously accessed the form via this webpage are advised to contact fraudandcorruption@dcj.nsw.gov.au.
