The Conflicts of Interest (COI) declarations are longer submitted on this website.

What you need to do now

All Conflicts of Interest Declarations must be submitted through ServiceNow.

1. Open Service Now
2. Go to Your Profile
3. Select My Declarations
4. Submit your Conflicts of Interest Declaration.

Accessing past declarations

You can view your previously submitted COI declarations through the Ethics Declarations – Dashboard. These declarations will gradually be moved to your profile in ServiceNow.

• raise a request via the FCCU Queries in ServiceNow (SNOW).

For DCJ staff without access to a DCJ device

To access DCJ systems, install the Microsoft Authenticator app on your personal device and follow the steps below:

1. Go to https://myapplications.microsoft.com
2. Enter your work email address: firstname.lastname@dcj.nsw.gov.au
3. Complete the multi-factor authentication process
4. Once signed in, you will be able to access Outlook, the DCJ Intranet, and other applications such as ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, and MyWorkZone.

The declaration forms are intended for use by DCJ employees and staff from its portfolio agencies. External users who previously accessed the form via this webpage are advised to contact fraudandcorruption@dcj.nsw.gov.au.
