Annual Data

In this part of its web-page, the Office of the Surveillance Devices Commissioner (OSDC) seeks to facilitate convenient access to all publicly available data in relation to the administration of the Act.

Data is provided relevant to each reporting year (from 1 July through to 30 June of the following year)

The data sources that are referenced for each reporting year include:

·         Reports presented to the NSW Parliament by the Attorney General under s 45 of the Act.

·         Reports presented within the Annual Report of the Department of Communities and Justice under
          s 45A of the Act.

·         Reports presented to the NSW Parliament by the Inspector of the Law Enforcement Conduct
          Commission under s 49(1) of the Act.

In addition, the OSDC provides an overall compendium of available data, relating to each reporting year, providing a convenient and comprehensive presentation of data relating to the administration of the Act.
