Panel of Legal Practitioners

The Department of Communities and Justice, Legal (DCJ Legal) provides independent legal assistance to people in their dealings with the Law Enforcement Conduct Commission, the NSW Independent Commission Against Corruption and Special Commissions of Inquiry.

Representation may be provided by internal lawyers, or the matter may be referred to a Legal Practitioner who is on the Panel.

The Panel consists of solicitors/advocates and barristers.
