Increase in staff completing diversity information in SAP (effective communications). Increase in staff with disability across the department.

Status Notes:

September 2023 - Merged into a Business as Usual activity

July 2022 - Regular communications to staff from HR Business Partner and District newsletter prompting staff to update diversity information is SAP- including identification of disability and any needs for reasonable adjustment in the workplace. Work with TA Diversity and Inclusion on redesign of the DCJ careers website
