Form 46: Application: Time to Pay - Individuals (also known as Notice of Motion to Pay by Instalments - Individual) |
Used when you need more time to pay money owed; or you are seeking to pay a debt by instalments. |
Form 47: Application: Time to Pay - Corporations (also known as Notice of Motion to Pay by Instalments - Corporation) |
Used when a corporation needs more time to pay money owed; or is seeking to pay a debt by instalments. |
Form 75: Notice to Sheriff of Disputed Property | Used when goods that are included on the Sheriff's list for seizure do not belong to the person who owes a debt. |
Form 20: Notice of Motion | Used if you are seeking to suspend enforcement actions by the Sheriff's Office. |

Sheriff's fees are determined by the Civil Procedure Regulation 2017 and Criminal Procedure Regulation 2017.
