Rana Qummouh

Rana Qummouh speaker for the 2025 DCJ Multicultural Community Engagement Conference

Rana is a Project Officer at Keeping Well In Community, Primary and Community Health, South Western Sydney Local Health District (SWSLHD). She is currently leading the Fairfield Social Prescribing Project pilot model. Rana has been working in the Health and NGO sector for over 25 years carrying out project co-ordination and community development projects as well as holding senior roles in women's health and managing Neighbourhood Centres and the HUB community Health Centre. Rana has a Masters in social Administration, Bachelor of Welfare Studies and a post-Graduate Diploma in adult education.  She is passionate about community capacity building and working in partnership with services to resource and support CALD communities to enable them to make more informed choices that will improve their health and overall wellbeing.
