The following DCJ key priorities and sub-priorities set out the practical steps DCJ will take to deliver on our commitment to multicultural communities and staff over the next four years. These priorities are supported by actions which translate our vision into measurable change across services, policy, communications and workforce. They are informed by community and staff feedback, aligned with the NSW Multicultural Principles and Multicultural Outcomes Reporting Framework, and supported by monitoring and reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability.
