Project objective

WFCS will work woth the Communications branch of DCJ to develop and deliver a public awareness campaign about coercive control in consultation with stakeholders, including with specialist multicultural, First Nations and disability organisations. This project will deliver on a commitment under the Government Response to recommendation 9 of the Parliamentary Joint Select Committee on Coercive Control. This work is currently in the planning stages and is being overseen by the newly established Coercive Control Implementation and Evaluation Taskforce.

The challenge

Delivery of a commitment under the Government Response to recommendation 9 of the Parliamentary Joint Select Committee on Coercive Control. Increased public awareness and outcomes.
