Public authorities required to develop a DIAP

NSW Government departments:

• Department of Premier and Cabinet
• Department of Regional NSW
• Department of Enterprise, Investment and Trade
• Treasury
• Ministry of Health
• Department of Education
• Department of Communities and Justice
• Department of Transport
• Department of Customer Service
• Department of Planning and Environment

The following authorities are also required to have a Disability Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP) under Regulation 5 of the Disability Inclusion Regulation:

• Australian Museum Trust
• Destination NSW
• Library Council of New South Wales

All 128 local councils are required to produce a Disability Inclusion Action Plan.
