We will soon be accepting online service of subpoenas, summons, statutory notices, and statutory orders to produce. The Online Subpoena Portal will allow you to upload an electronic copy and pay conduct money using a credit or debit card.

The Online Subpoena Portal is an online form developed to assist with electronically serving subpoenas, summons, statutory notices, and statutory orders to produce addressed to DCJ. The Portal allows issuing parties to securely upload an electronic copy and pay conduct money online using a credit or debit card.
On successfully completing payment and submitting the form, we will automatically receive a copy of the documents you uploaded. You will not need to provide them separately by email or in hardcopy.
Yes, you can access the Portal from mobile phones, tablets, and PCs. The screen will adapt to your device.
The Online Subpoena Portal requires payment of conduct money of $100.00 by credit or debit card.
Please do not use the Portal if you are not required to pay conduct money, or if you wish to use another payment method. You will need to make alternative arrangements to serve the document.

No, if you need to serve more than one subpoena, summons, statutory notice, or statutory order, you must submit them on separate online forms. Each one requires a separate payment and submission.
Yes, the form includes an optional section to upload supporting documents, for example, a cover letter or related court or tribunal orders (such as short service orders).
Supporting documents are not mandatory to successfully submit the form.
You must complete the form, make payment, and submit in a single session. You will not be able to save a draft and come back to it later.
The Portal will time out after 20 minutes of inactivity.
If you close the browser window or tab, or the form times out due to inactivity, you will need to start a new form.
Yes, you can download a PDF copy of your form on the successful submission screen.
You will also receive an email confirmation containing a link to download a PDF copy of your form. You can access the link and download your form for up to 30 days after submission.
We recommend retaining a copy for your records as the PDF will include your payment receipt.
