The Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Regulation 2017 is proposed to be remade with amendments. A Regulatory Impact Statement has been prepared which sets out the objectives, costs and benefits of the proposed Regulation.
Please see the Regulatory Impact Statement for further information.
