Role overview

The role of a Client Services Officer is to provide a range of clerical and administrative services in a court registry including, responding to client enquiries, data entry and records management.

In Local Courts, the Client Services Officer is primarily involved in assisting in the operation of courtrooms during court proceedings.  This involves interaction with and assisting Judiciary members, electronic monitoring of court cases and assisting clients and members of the public with enquires.

Role requirements

The necessary experience and qualities considered for the role include a current drivers license. In regional locations, a willingness to travel, including overnight stays.

Flexibility

Working a 35-hour week, Monday to Friday provides Client Services Officers the flexibility to thrive at work, home and in the community. Some locations may offer part-time opportunities.
