All DCJ staff have a responsibility to support Aboriginal and culturally diverse organisations and communities. Some contract management teams may also employ Aboriginal or culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) staff, or others with close connections to a community and community leaders. These roles may include the management of contracts and relationships with Aboriginal and culturally diverse organisations.
Specialist support staff and community representatives can support contract managers and others involved in contract management. Their specific roles will be defined by their job description and may include the responsibilities below.
