Section 12 of the Disability Inclusion Act outlines the requirements for NSW Local Councils and Public Authorities to provide their DIAP to the Disability Council.

A public authority must, as soon as practicable after the day it is required to prepare and make a disability inclusion action plan:

  • give a copy of the plan to the Disability Council, and
  • make the plan publicly available, and
  • make the plan available in one or more formats accessible to people with disability.

Below is a link to the online form to send your DIAP to the Disability Council. Please upload your DIAP via this online form, after which you will be sent a confirmation receipt.
