The Children’s Court conducts a number of circuits in regional areas where cases are dealt with by specialist Children’s Magistrates.
At other locations the sittings coincide with the sittings of the Local Court and are conducted by Local Court Judicial officers.
If your Children's Court case is being heard by the Children's Court sitting in a courthouse used by the Local Court, visit the Local Court locations page on the Local Courts website to find the location and contact details of the court.
All enquiries relating to individual cases should be directed to the court registry at the location where the case is being dealt with.
