Children’s courts are closed to the general public and except in certain circumstances it is an offence to publish or broadcast information that is likely to lead to the identification of a child or young person involved in proceedings in the Children’s Court.
For these reasons the Children’s Court does not publish court lists. If you need to find out information about a case in which you are involved you should contact the relevant Children’s Court.
