Wellington train station, on the Central Western Line, is 7km from the centre. Bus services also operate from Sydney and Dubbo. Visit NSW TrainLink for timetables.
Travel from the Wellington Train Station is available by contacting the Wellington Passenger Service on 0475 473 833. To use this service, all travel must be pre-booked.
In person and video visits can be booked via the online JUST Connect Booking system. The JUST Connect Service Support Centre business hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Saturdays and Sundays only. One session: 9:00am to 11:00am.
Before travelling for a visit, please call the correctional centre to confirm your visit and visit time. The centres main gate will open from 8:00am to 10:00am on visit days. The processing of visitors will start from 9:00am. The cut off time for visitors to access the centre is 10:00am. Access not permitted after 10:00am.
Legal practitioners may visit in person, by video or by teleconference.
Legal visits operate Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm. All visits must be pre-booked via the online booking service, JUST Connect.

The visits area is a family environment. You must dress appropriately. This generally means clothes must be respectable and not too provocative.
You cannot wear anything that hides your face, except for religious reasons. In that case you will be asked to remove your face covering temporarily so staff can verify your identity.
