The Working with Culture and Diversity workshop is a blended learning program that aims to explore respectful strategies to work with and overcome barriers amongst offenders and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
Upon completion of this workshop, learners should be able to:
On completion of this workshop you will be eligible to enrol in the Working with Culture and Diversity Assessment which is aligned to the Unit of Competency CSCORG028 Work effectively with culturally diverse offenders and colleagues in partial completion of CSC40122 Certificate IV in Correctional Practice.
Open to all Corrective Services NSW staff.
