Note: this Practice Note applies in the Bankstown Local Court, Blacktown Local Court, Downing Centre Local Court, Gunnedah Circuit (excluding Tamworth), Liverpool Local Court, Moree/Inverell Circuit, Newcastle Local Court, Katoomba Local Court, Windsor Local Court, and Sutherland Local Court.
