Joseph La Posta

Chief Executive Officer, Multicultural NSW

Joseph has served as CEO of Multicultural NSW since January 2019.

He is driven to improve access and services for our newest Australians. He is also passionate about supporting established communities to preserve and nourish their cultures and language.

Joseph is a people and outcomes focused leader with more than fifteen years of executive leadership experience across corporate, not-for-profit and government sector roles.

He is a former UNAA NSW Advisory Board Member and Chair of Sport NSW. He is currently on the Multicultural NSW Advisory Board, TAFE NSW Advisory Board, NSW Anti-Slavery Commission and UTS School of International Studies and Education.

Joseph is passionate about conscious consumerism and is a strong advocate for gender equality and workforce diversity.
