The Dust Diseases Tribunal offers digital services to file, access, and manage documents online from anywhere at any time
Any party that is currently able to file a form in the Dust Diseases Tribunal can file these forms online provided they have registered an account with the Online Registry.
This includes:
Yes. In order to file online, parties will need to register an account with the NSW Courts and Tribunal Online Registry.
The following forms can be filed online:
Yes. MS Word and PDF versions will still be available to download from the Tribunals website and the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules Civil Forms website. These forms can be filed in person at the Tribunal Registry.
Yes. Up to four supporting documents can be attached online up to a total of 5MB each.
No. There are no changes to the current listing processes for the Tribunal.
No. The CRP still applies to those specific forms filed online for asbestos-related claims. Please refer to the Dust Diseases Tribunal Regulation 2019 for the Asbestos Claims Resolution Process (CRP).
When users file an application form online, they will receive two auto-generated emails. These are:
Yes. The Online Registry is now available for Tribunal users to manage their cases including viewing filed documents and listings.
