What is the Jobs Compact?

The Jobs Compact is a shared commitment between government, employers, and workers to uphold minimum labour standards and promote job security.

Who is it for?

  • Workers in the community services sector employed by providers funded by the NSW Government
  • Community service providers funded by the NSW Government
  • NSW Government agencies involved in commissioning and procurement of community services
  • Stakeholders engaged in Secure Jobs and Funding Certainty (SJFC) initiatives
  • Members of the public and other governments interested in this work
