Data dashboards

Before the Community and Family Support (CAFS) program merged Targeted Earlier Intervention (TEI) and Family Connect and Support (FCS) into one program, data on TEI and FCS were reported separately on program data dashboards.

Use the links below to access these data dashboards to explore:

• who accessed TEI and FCS
• why they accessed these services
• what outcomes were achieved. 

In late 2026, the new CAFS dashboard will launch, sharing data on all three program activities in one place.

TEI Data Dashboard

The TEI Dashboard is updated with 2024/25 reporting data. The interactive dashboard presents high-level quantitative data reported by TEI service providers on different aspects of the program.

There are 3 summary views of the dashboard:

1. Service delivery
2. Outcomes
3. Aboriginal clients.

You can also explore the data through the Measure List. This view allows you to filter the data using specific measures including referrals, service provision, outcomes and Aboriginal clients. 

The data can be filtered in different ways, including by LGA, DCJ district, Aboriginality, CALD status and financial year.

The Measure Description and Supplementary Guidelines provides a detailed description of each measure in the TEI program. Use this guide to help you better understand and explore the different measures in the dashboard. 

FCS Data Dashboard

The FCS Dashboard is an interactive and easy-to-use tool presenting program data reported on DEX by FCS service providers during 2022/23 to 2024/25. It presents quantitative data on different aspects of the FCS program that can be filtered in different ways. 

There are 3 summary views of the dashboard: 

1. Service delivery
2. Demographics
3. Interactive map.

Like the TEI dashboard, you can use the Measure list view to filter the data in different ways.
