The Office of the Surveillance Devices Commissioner commenced operation in November 2019. Since that time, it has produced a short report each year for inclusion in the Annual Report of the Department of Communities and Justice. At the conclusion of the 2024-2025 reporting year, it again submitted a short report for inclusion in the department's annual report.
In addition, the Surveillance Devices Commissioner has prepared a comprehensive report to provide a more complete account of the activities and circumstances of the Office during the 2024-2025 reporting year. To read the report click on the link below.
