1. That Corrective Services NSW give consideration to the provisions of ongoing specific practical training on hanging response, and audit individual participation rates annually to ensure attendance.

To Dawn De Loas Correctional Centre:

1. That Dawn De Loas Correctional Centre give consideration to ensuring compliance with the requirement to carry the 911 tool in accordance with Policy 5.3 Musters, Let-go and Lock in, through specific targeted education and random compliance checks.
