To the Commissioner of the NSW Police Force:

1. I recommend that the death of Mr Ronen Veinstein be referred to the Unsolved Homicide Team of the NSW Police Homicide Squad for further investigation in accordance with the protocols and procedures of that Team. I further recommend that a copy of the brief of evidence and transcript of the Inquest into the death of Mr Ronen Veinstein be provided to the Unsolved Homicide Team for this purpose.
