To the Commissioner for the NSW Police Force:

1.  I recommend to the Acting Commissioner of the New South Wales Police Force that Section 9.2.12 and Annexure A of the current version of the Missing Persons, Unidentified Bodies & Human Remains Standard Operating Procedures be amended to include reference to a person with a “severe mental health condition” as being a vulnerable, or a particularly vulnerable, person.
