To the Commissioner of the NSW Police Force:

1. That the death of Marcus Stokes Gwynne Harrison be referred to the Unsolved Homicide Unit of the NSW Police Homicide Squad for further investigation and referral to the forthcoming NSW Judicial Inquiry. I further recommend that a copy of the brief of evidence and transcript of the Inquest into the death of Marcus Stokes Gwynne Harrison be provided to the Unsolved Homicide Team for this purpose.
