To Transport NSW (TfNSW):

1. That Transport for NSW give immediate consideration to working with stakeholders and relevant experts to conduct a feasibility study to assess the need for a star rating system with respect to bicycle helmets. Any feasibility study should include an audit of the current conformity of bicycle helmets to AS/NZS 2063 in NSW.
