02 Sep 2021

I’m pleased to announce the appointment of Anna Mitchelmore SC as a part-time Commissioner of the NSW Law Reform Commission.

Ms Mitchelmore’s broad experience and expertise, including in administrative law, constitutional law, criminal law, local government and environmental law and migration, will be a great asset to the LRC.

The LRC is an independent statutory body constituted under the Law Reform Commission Act 1967. It provides expert law reform advice to the NSW Government on issues referred to it by the Attorney General.

Ms Mitchelmore commenced her appointment on 1 September, for a period expiring on 31 August 2024.
