The challenge

Positive attitudes and behaviours, Stronger communities, Meaningful employment, Better systems and processes.

Why is this important?

MFWWNSW districts are committed to:

  • Ensuring people with disability have the same right to choose the way to live their lives, to access the same opportunities and enjoy the benefits of living and working in our society.
  • Achieving a culture of genuine inclusion and equity, both internally for our staff and externally for our clients and community members to access our services.

A coordinated approach via this Plan is necessary to achieve meaningful and sustainable positive change for DCJ staff and clients with disabilities in MFWW Districts.

What will success look like?

MFWWNSW has a DIAP with proposed actions against four Focus Areas over the next 4 years.
