Our process

We developed this Strategic Plan through a process of deep engagement with staff from Aboriginal Reference Groups, diversity networks, and executive leaders.

We consulted with key portfolio agencies, other government organisations, non-government organisations and Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations from across our services including justice, community services, disability, housing and homelessness. We will only be able to deliver on this Strategic Plan with their support.

We acknowledge that we could not incorporate direct lived experience voices into our process for this Strategic Plan, but consistent with our ways of working, we will look for opportunities to do this in our future strategic planning.
