Introduction

The purpose of this Strategic Plan is to unite our organisation to achieve its full potential, building on what we’ve achieved since our creation. It is a guiding compass that will drive greater collaboration across our divisions, services and functions through our shared commitment statement, priorities, values and ways of working.

Our Executive Leadership Team will be accountable to the effective implementation and monitoring of this Strategic Plan over the next five years. As part of the implementation, each division and service area will consider how their work aligns with this Strategic Plan, how they can achieve progress under the priorities, and how they can put our values into action through the ways of working to improve outcomes for those we serve.

As we grow and learn from our experiences under this Strategic Plan, we hope to establish a firm foundation for the future of DCJ.
