Timely and efficient systems and technologies

Timeliness and the efficient use of resources are a key part of our role and responsibility as stewards of multiple complex systems and are important to the people, families and communities we serve. We will demonstrate public value and uphold trust in our organisation by running our services and systems as efficiently as possible. This includes considering both the downstream and upstream impacts of changes in the systems we administer.

 One way we will seek to optimise our operations, wherever possible and within a constrained fiscal environment, is by enhancing our technologies and digital services. We will focus on both continuous improvement opportunities, and technology-based innovations, to address delays in our systems and improve productivity. We will ensure our core technologies are reliable and scalable, enable business agility and improve the digital capabilities needed for the service systems we administer.
