Improve the accessibility of our services

We will work toward improving accessibility, including for people with a disability and for people from culturally diverse communities where English is a second language, so that access to and information about our services is inclusive. Where we can, we will use co-design principles to deliver accessible and appropriate services.

We will invest in accessibility improvements to support different communication needs so that information is clear, easy to understand, and provided in different formats. We will use resources, such as the DCJ Accessibility Studio and Community of Practice, to test, experience and address accessibility barriers in our products and services before we launch them.

We will offer culturally appropriate supports to overcome barriers to people accessing our services, such as providing information in more languages and applying multicultural service design and delivery principles.
