Our work with the people and families we serve can be both rewarding and challenging. At times, our staff may overlook their own health when focusing on the needs of the people and families they serve.
To improve staff wellbeing, we will continue to provide a safe and supportive work environment. This includes encouraging the use of our physical and mental health programs, wellbeing support programs, flexible work arrangements and workplace adjustments.
We will strengthen protective factors at work and create physically and psychologically safe environments. This includes identifying psychosocial hazards and implementing injury prevention and management programs.
We will recognise and celebrate our people and our work, and we will promote recognition across our service areas and divisions.
